      Pros

      Walk the talk company. People are friendly especially the Sourcing Office. Very people oriented and managers are supportive in any of your career development. Global HQ in HK with great exposure. Get so much opportunity if you are mobile.

      Cons

      Systems are not necessarily top notch and decision making and implementation take time with lot of key stakeholders, but improving. New CEO has made a lot of positive changes in progress. Compensation is not at best within the industry but culture is rich.

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
