      Pros

      Very democratic contribution system. Everyone gets heard, the team is dynamic and adapts as new feedback comes in.

      Cons

      I don't have cons as far as the working environment goes. Been very happy with the people around me and processes adjust if people input better ways of doing things. My only concern is the pay.
