Don’t expect too much

Pros

Flexible schedule. You have a lot to look at and get to connect with top management from other offices. Not much office politically that you can mostly be yourself.

Cons

Work loaddddd! You are basically the only one taking care of an entire project, and it’s not just about updating but revamp the whole thing since everything is wrong. Schedule is very tight, to a point that it’s impossible to finish everything on time. Delay is foreseen, expected and will happen (for sure). And then just more workload adding on cause you have to kick start the next one no matter what. Never ending task. Required a lot more collaboration with sales, but they are the one get the credits only and of course money. The sales never be responsible enough to take care of what are supposed to do. How can you success without having a good understanding of your product? And how can a company success without investing in your main business, but just focus on promoting the brand?

Pros

Most of the people who work in the Company are friendly, smart and collaborative. They forged a great culture that makes people enjoy their time working in the Company. The job also involves presenting insights and recommendations to senior members of MNCs, hence a great exposure to outperformers.

Cons

The leadership understand the need for them to make changes and transform the organization into a more lean and value-driven structure. However, they have difficulties in delegating projects or tasks to talents in the companies, hence making the entire process slow and inefficient. Such a stagnant status results in the departure of colleagues who are actually doing well at their positions.
