Pros

Hasbro has mix of both kind of people, good and bad. Unfortunately I started my stint with most short sighted, mean, lier and unethical manager. Therefore my story isn't positive as others in this forum. This is one of the most honest reviews based on my experience. Before taking up an offer please try to understand the team, and also try to schedule a coffee with manager and their manager to know more about their relationship and management style.

Cons

Highly political, unfair, biased and stressed.

Pros

- 4.5 work days per week - 2 days WFH (depends on your team) - medical (not including dental) cover family (but not the best compare with other MNC) - WLB - high flexibility on working hours

Cons

- low morale (after office moved to Kowloon Bay) - low sense of belongings - less salary increment - less bonus - low job security (after globally laid off 15% staff) - should be independent (no teammates support sometime) - laid off not related to your performance - no discount for buying toys (seldom got staff sales)
