Low pay, lacking in AL Like hiring family members and distribute their works to others, totally against profit conflicts Requires to join other departments’ events (especially non office hour as other team no one want to join) Unstable manpower(all new joiners will leave within 3 months) xx manager will review your work until last minute xx manager like disturbing their work to junior staff xx manager will keep increasing your workload until you need OT Need handle two even three people’s workload Gender Inequality on working conditions Too many Ad hoc tasks which are disturbing No work-life balance Will cause serious mental health problems No support from the team even you are new joiner Pretending will compensate OT xx manager will not approve your AL application (many excuse e.g she need off and no sufficient manpower)
