Agree with many here it's toxic work culture 1) hyper autocracy management, decision-making are subjective, lack equality E.g. 1) exit employees due to personal preference, 2) disliked an agency because of its professional comments (hence failed to follow management's subjective idea and was disliked) 3) asked an employee who was not even on-boarded to work round the clock for weeks 2) hence employees are self-protective and feel scared to management 3) hence no leadership principle at work; team lead and employees would scold others and its subordinates at work and in meetings, no rationale discussion and decision 4) no personal development plan, annual review and promotions are subjective and no system 5) no long-term plan and not transparent business - chased week on week sales instead of long term, some employees needed to drive sales but have no idea of the business performance 6) no work-life balance - required employees and agencies to work round the clock at low salary or costs, always asked for campaign on Fri evening but to launch early of week, always change idea (trim a new hire and change plans in ad hoc)
