      Decent salary; Good R&D infrastructures, especially instruments and lab spaces ; Efficient financing and account support for purchasing lab suppliers

      Cons

      No medical insurance covered during the first year's contract for any family dependents. Regarding division of electronics, Not good life-work balance, especially for PE because PE normally work alone without his/her own team while required of the output according to his/her salary level; severe politics and lack of integrity.
