Pros

Challenging, some interesting people to work with. Big platform to perform. It's a growing brand trying to turnover from the bottom.

Cons

Upper management lack of long term sourcing strategy, everything is top priority. No clear development direction and endless changes. Old system which doesn't help efficiency. Poor traveling budget and relatively low pay in this industry.

We are glad to know that you appreciate our work-life balance culture. To be Forever Faster, we always strive to be fast in reacting to new trends, decision making, solving problems for our partners and innovations. These may imply formulating and implementing several initiatives in parallel apart from routine tasks. We also believe our staff will benefit of great exposure from these. Your People & Organization Partner is always open and happy to hear more details from you about your work challenges and suggestions, let’s work together to build a high-performing Team PUMA.

Pros

Friendly staff and team members. Good learning path. Can build leadership experience.

Cons

BE CAUTIOUS about trusting their claims of flexibility regarding work locations. Despite their assurances of a flexible work arrangement, the reality is far more restrictive. Remote work is generally limited to fewer than 3 days per month, even in non-critical situations. Moreover, if you need to work from home during emergencies without prior approval, this may be held against you—regardless of your performance or dedication. Such instances could even result in termination without prejudice with their strict in-office policy, which is presented as "flexible." Be mindful of this disparity between their promises and actual practices to avoid unexpected consequences.

Many thanks for taking the time to review us on Glassdoor! It's nice to hear that you enjoyed our PUMA Fam spirit and were able to grow both personally and professionally while working here. However, we're sorry to hear about the challenges you faced within your work environment, as this is not the experience we aim to provide. At PUMA, we aim to foster a supportive and transparent work culture, and flexibility is an important part of that. However, as with many global organizations, our approach to remote work can vary based on role, team needs, and regional guidelines. We understand that situations can arise unexpectedly, and we’re continuously working on improving how we support our teams in those moments. Your feedback is therefore very valuable and will be shared with our internal teams to help us align our policies more closely with employee expectations. We thank you for your feedback and wish you all the best for your future career!
