Pros

Happy hours and free lunch on biweekly Friday If you are good at flattering your boss, you will be fine regardless of talent or experience

Cons

HR is very monetary driven. She cares about paying less more than how to develop, protect, and understand employees. When things went wrong, HR is useless and uses her power to be managers' side Extremely unhappy talent pool of employees Majority of current employees are finding the exit as soon as they opt another opportunity outside Army culture is strongly influenced in management style which they preferred to command and obey. Don't appreciate whom to raise their different opinions Not allowed to extend private time after business trip although it's weekend and you pay for yourself. No career development opportunity

Pros

Free Friday lunch Work parties occasionally Birthday gift/ Xmas gift Young co-workers Free snack Fair salary, Fair annual leave Some nice people here

Cons

Rubbish management in HK. Political and secretive style. Prejudicial Chinese management that if you are not an insider/ ingroup, you probably don’t have the promotion for the rest of your life. No leadership, dictative leaders. Don’t appreciate work performance because they only value your relationship with them. Inhumane - ask you to get back to office under typhoon No 10 WITHOUT compensation leave as commented as “it is obligatory”. You have to report when you are on break while if you are late for few minutes, you’ll get little talk. Zero tolerance for opinion or suggestion even they are everyone’s concern. Everything needs to be approved by different people - waste of time. Poor English of team leaders, rubbish and unprofessional training/ team meeting. Favouritism - especially good looking males. To conclude, most of the time is wasted here to do so many meaningless monitoring/ regulation. Insane expectation with short handed. DO NOT RECOMMEND! FLEE!

Pros

Can't think of anything particularly good, besides free lunch every other week. And after work Party which I barely considers as benefits, bec it takes up your free time.

Cons

The worst management team of customer care I had ever encountered in Hong Kong, nothing like an MNC culture working environment. A bunch of poor character, low class little people with zero leadership skills , inside, it's entirely a messed up Chinese company.
