There were workplace bullying among different departments, the management has commented on the staff outlook, dress style and personalities that are irrelevant to work. I saw similar comments here at the reviews and agree that the channels were only there for the show, and does not help with the actual situation. I also witnessed victims were asked to leave due to business reasons. Unfair treatment and lack of channels to properly handle workplace bullying.

The director chose to ignore workplace bullying, which involved personal attack, verbal violence and gaslighting from two managers I reported to. Other colleagues are also aware but chose to be indifferent because the two managers have worked a long time in the company. The company has a hotline to report unfair situation in workplace but I dont think it can help when the director chose to ignore. Very horrible experience in my career.
