Most colleagues are good and helpful.

Cons

Management levels have severe favouritism and a lack of sensitivity to what team members are working. Causing imbalance workload, while hardworking people have to do more and lazy people can get away easily. This also causes the experienced team members can hardly spare time to teach people with less experience. The worst part is the lazy one can get higher pay with minimal contributions by making coffee and non-constructive conversation with other parties.
