-No paid signal day SL -Full of office policies, everyone basically only focused on gossiping instead of work -Leak of qualification staff and with no related experience can be a mangers -Top manager think that they can escape from their responsibility to blame the staff of wrongful decision they made.

Trained to have a good health, because there's no paid sick leave.

Cons

In Samsung, you have to use its own email system, which is very not user friendly and very old school. There's no wifi at the office!! You have to connect to the LAN line everywhere. AI is blocked in the system, that means you can't use AI to help you at work. Management didn't show any leadership. All you need to do is to brush their shoes to get promoted. Colleagues are not helpful. When you face problem, you can only find solution yourself, no one is gonna help you.
