Pros

- Casual working environment - Good work-life balance - It feels like a dream when working at Smith, because you will be told that Smith is No. 1 in everything

Cons

- The Mgt Team has no vision or capability - No training, regardless if it is on-the-job or classroom training - Most of the employees have been working in the company for 5+ years because they are stuck there, and most of the new employees cannot survive and would quit within a year - No performance evaluation for back office staff, which means no regular salary review

Pros

Friendly colleagues. Very generous commission scheme. Potential to earn good money. Very good management. Travel opportunity.

Cons

Very competitive within sales around the world. If you are new to the company probably all the big and juicy accounts are already taken care of by the top sales. There’s way to stand out still though you just have to be tough and figure out the remaining big account in the big market and you will survive. There’s not much career path though. If all you big money is all you care about, this should be a good place to be at.
