Pros

- Good benefits - Place to gain good experience - Learn a lot of things that can be useful for career growth - Good Culture - Flexible

Cons

All the above is valid until you get a micromanaging boss who even tells you how to create a "table" in a word doc in "his way" and puts a lot pressure in you that you forget how to be confident. - Loss of interest in work - Loss of self-esteem - Loss of self-confidence - No work-life balance
