      Respect and flexibility to Employee (partners), what a GREAT CULTURE Multi-gen., multi-cultural, truly embrace Inclusion & Diversity Good work-life balance and great benefits for family; reasonable overall compensation Great global and regional office culture; please don't be confused with the local cafe operations run by the licensee (totally different companies)

      Not for everyone; especially for those who worked under local HK-styled management for years Not recommended for those who are direct boss-focus, passive, shy, reactive, inexperienced with overly ambitious and aggressive (i.e. naive) career expectations
