Tencent provides a relatively better environment for NGs in China, You can learn some useful skills both in technology and career. And most colleagues are friendly (the exception is your leader).
Cons
Too much overtime, I always had to work overtime until 23:00 per day. And the salary was not high enough to compensate the tiring feeling of overtime.
