- The only pros working here they have 3 days work from home and great colleagues

Cons

- Low salary even after 2 years working - Was offered 3k in 2024. Didnt expect this low coming from a MNC. - All managers in TBS department always micromanaging, doesnt allow associate to go on leave sometimes. - Wanted to take AL during raya haji for two days and since it was end month it is already non-peak. But was rejected due to "too many people on leave". 💀💀 - Need to stand by all the time when on leave even when it is - We have to call our manager and inform them if we want to take MC?? What a nonsense. Due to this i never once taken an MC this year yet. - When associates are on AL or CL also will disturb us. Mind you CL. I mean, what happen to letting people grieve?? - Workload is BS of course when it comes to outsourcing payroll. - Basically just TOXIC superior.
