They do monthly company outings if you reach your sales goals. And when you do overtime and stay late( which is almost always) they buy you food in the company card. Your coworkers are funny tho because everyone is usually a recent college grad.

Cons

So many to choose from. First the hours are terrible you will no my have a social life. You will clock in clout out sleep and repeat. If your branch opens on a Sunday, you will hate your life even more because they usually will always schedule you. You also will be yelled at by customers because the reservation team who are in different countries will send customers and tell them there are cars available for them when you have no cars on the lot to give. You will also be washing cars in suits. Sometimes manning a flagship by your self. And sales will be forced on you to be promoted. Your supervisor will be weird and constantly on your tail.
