Interview
There are two parts of it. The first one the typical type of interview with some questions about yourself and your experiences. The other part is testing your technical knowledge. Since I'm applying for structural graduate trainee, they gave me some basic question in structural topic like drawing shear bending moment diagram etc. They gave me 30 minutes to finish all the tasks.
