Face to face interview, individual, the questions are easy and generally go through CV. After the interview, they give me offer in two weeks. It is easy to get offer and the questions are straight forward

What is your main duties in that job?
introduce myself and ask about the project done in the school and have I ever had an internship before. Finally the interviewer talk about the internship job duty and the end.

Apply online, received an interview within a week, there is a HR and 2 other candidates.
Self-intro, and asked you some questions based on your introduction and preference of the department.
