Flexible working hours, if you do not care about your career and only want work life balance then AECOM might suit you. AECOM has an extremely strong PR team to write positive reviews and rating for them on glassdoor, otherwise AECOM will only able to get an average of 1.5 rating Some great co-worker to work with but mostly are junior grade......Since over 95% of senior grade / top management levels are "corrupted" by the "AECOM" culture and most great colleagues decided to leave once they are promoted. Eventually you will be promoted if you worked in AECOM for ages, as all the great people work with you left. Employee benefit is fair, dental also included Large projects Annual dinner feels like carnival, employees only care about the food quality and lucky draw They do tried their best to look like they are professional and ethical.

Bosses never let you know when the deadline is, works and jobs are always last minute and at the end project delayed. Top management does not care about employees, everything is about the financial income and report to stakeholders. No career development, all they want you to do is work like a machine on same type of job. Noncompetitive salaries - Harsh salary for junior grade. Turnover really high. No over time pay. Bonus system is not available for junior grade. No human resource management in team. No collaboration between departments.
