Eventually you will be promoted if you worked in AECOM for ages, as all the great people work with you left. No career development, all they want you to do is work like a machine on same type of job. Noncompetitive salaries - Harsh salary for junior grade. Turnover really high. No over time pay. Bonus system is not available for junior grade. No human resource management in team. No collaboration between departments.
