Three treasures in the company that maintain the eco-system for the whole working environment and culture those are Jason Ngan (CEO), finance team, and payment team. When Jason Ngan raises a technical question, please forgive him being an idiot and trying to pretend a smart guy with zero knowledge on it but always tell everyone that he is a developer back in the day when he is working at US. WHAT A JOKE! When Jason Ngan raises a request, please expect that thing must be done/deliver to him immediately. Yes, like magician, getting the thing he needs from nowhere. When Jason Ngan has an idea SUDDENLY, please forgive him to call you immediately no matter what is the date and time while he is calling you. Saturday? Sunday? You can't escape the call from him. What if he found no one? HR team will be pathetic, because he can't find anyone he wanted even at 12am. When Jason Ngan promises you anything verbally, please ignore what he promised no matter how important the thing is, or the prize he promised. It will never be real. The promise will be existed in another dimension of the world. When you want to quit, i mean resignation, finance team will start the mode called "detective", which mean, she will observe everything from you, and try to deduct your money by any rules or excuses. When you work late, like OT, you will earn nothing during that time but you still need to get back to work on time on next day, otherwise, refer to my last statement. When you discovered you payroll is wrong and raised to the finance team, they will push account team to take the responsibility but the final reviewer was finance team. When you as a developer and collaborate with payment team to improve the payment process, payment team will push everything around and nothing is related to payment team. And payment team is not willing to do anything but the payment app is buggy. Very nice. When you as a developer in bindo, you will have a lot of office politic attacks from payment team, but Jason Ngan loves this.
