Pros

Friendly colleagues whose all on the same line when discussing about this CEO

Cons

Every use of word to every colleague from AVP down to a part time staff contains some sort of insult or rude meanings luckily without any swear words, (at least not that I’ve heard of). Does not know about everything he does or anything other colleagues do except to challenge them why so slow? Why are you so useless? What is the point of having you here? Completely pointless and useless management and judgement without any single direction or any follow up actions at all. Always ask for things this minute when weeks later he’ll say he’s never seen it. Gives false promise to all staff and especially clients resulting sales and support to clean up and suffer all the lies and promises. Only believes in himself as to the whole world rotates around him and he’s always correct whilst everyone else are all brainless pigs. P.s. beware of this Jason Ngan when he would only use free platforms to try to recruit you in so you can become a toy to insult everyday. 3-4 staff quits every month, think how much appreciation this boss will give you.

Pros

Bindo was a fantastic opportunity to work in a New York City tech startup. As an intern, I got hands on experience working in SaaS marketing and business development. Such awesome, dedicated, and talented people running the show over there. The product is top-of-the-line for POS software and the employees are clearly passionate and supportive of the product.

Cons

I would say there a few growing pains. Just working in a small space, which is expected for a NYC startup.
