      Work life balance and relatively fair pay

      Cons

      Bad negotiations internally. Original I applied for another role and no one knows till the end of the interview process. No communication and proper feedback throughout any process

      Pros

      The culture is one of relentless optimism! Headcounts expanded and contracted with the elegant rhythm of a tide, except the tide was payroll. No one seemed particularly troubled by this. I found it inspiring!
