Flexible, no OT, good working environment

No double pay, management is bad

being a listing compny, I think almost no Pros

1. The company structure, Some GM level is under 10 years experience, they start from management trainee, very young and not expertise, but some manager grade is about 20+ years experience in beauty industry. However, this company treat those GM as management core. 2. PMO and BA is rubbist and useless, they incharge so much IT and marketing project, but those BA in PMO is just a little girl without any knowledge of IT or digital marketing. Somehow the senior staff of PMO is just 0-code PM, they just google and documentation the search result, and pass to IT to make the job done.
