- No employee benefit whatsoever, not even group medical when they keep advertising themselves as the largest non-hospital medical group in HK. - Internal matters are hot garbage. High turnover due to everyone picking up after the garbage left over. - HR is the most incompetent department I have seen. Some basic requests that are within their scope of works would take months to be fulfilled, if you are lucky they even answer your emails or messages. - Rigid and stubborn policies. no remote work allowed even though all your work can be done remotely. Strict clock in/out at 9:30 and 18:30. - Some imbecile had this stupid idea of calling the employee "Talents", when in fact they treat them like dirts. And you know what the crazy and funny thing is? The idea is actually approved by other imbeciles. It is sickening every time they call you "Talent" when you know you are being treated like dirt. - Complete disconnection between staff and management. - Management shows obvious signs of favouritism. Do not expect matters will be handled in a fair manner when conflict arises. - Management set unrealistic expectations, without knowing or caring about the limitations. - Your value is not merit-based, instead it depends on how well you can kiss arses. That's a given when management is disconnected with the staff and can only see who is the sweetest talker.
