Good benefit. The company is bold in moving toward the smoke free future. This inspires the staff.

Cons

Culture eats strategy for breakfast. Some senior managers especially those who have been in the company for long time are really disappointing. They are incapable of adapting themselves to the changes and becoming the stumbling blocks during transformation journey.

Good pay and benefits, lots of social events

Cons

Hidden agendas from upper management, P&C is not trustworthy, retaliation exists, hire incompetent people and don't hold them accountable, they bring in others from other countries taking valuable American jobs
