Philip Morris is one of the large American multi-national companies where the remuneration package to its employees is hard to level with.

Cons

Management's approach towards keeping and nourishing its employees have changed drastically. Tenure is no longer seen as consideration for retention and advancement.

Good benefit. The company is bold in moving toward the smoke free future. This inspires the staff.

Cons

Culture eats strategy for breakfast. Some senior managers especially those who have been in the company for long time are really disappointing. They are incapable of adapting themselves to the changes and becoming the stumbling blocks during transformation journey.
