Cush place for timely paycheck and not have to be challenged with actually working.

Cons

Investors' and alalysts' reports say it all. Company has no strategy - because the wrong individuals are at the top. Lots of marketing speak and cheerleading shop talk by executives. Show is getting old. Career skills will stagnate. You won't be respected outside when you decide to re-enter the real global workforce. Top competitive companies/leading Fortune 100-500's do not respect LF nor its executive leaders. Colleagues are dinosaur age in conventional ways of thinking. Super old school, Chinese company. Stale energy/qi. Leaders are paranoid and insecure. Get out quick and don't look back!

Good work/life when you senior and "innovative" enough becoaz your job is to talk only

Cons

extremely political , everyone cares only about story telling to the outside but no one does any real work. Hard to find profession and competent people, only senior people is talk talk talk and make things up. add no value to customers. if losing large account, they said they form new "strategic partnership" with them. Now they suddenly say they are a technology company when you can't find any good IT worker. Fake news

Opportunities are plentiful if you possess great marketing skills to sell your ideas to the Top Management even when you have no freaking idea how to execute it. With a hotshot CEO who is the 4th generation of this company who thinks by having a startup during his Silicon Valley days makes him a maverick in the business. Delusional indeed but gullible enough for anyone to bluff his way up the corporate ladder !

Cons

Employees who are below the Senior Management level are just pawns in the game. Although this is evident in any corporate companies, but it just so disgusting when it publicly professes that they care for the staffs !
