      Bad management, inefficient internal processes, great working level staffs

      Pros

      - relatively stable working environment, can offer permanent positions in most cases instead of contract basis. - average benefits - normal working hours - exposure to government and big corporation projects, good for fresh graduates to gain experience in a system integrator environment - many skilled working level staffs, usually very helpful and willing to share their experience.

      Cons

      - incapable senior management, lack of directions and no support to middle/junior staffs - clumsy and ineffective internal processes, very time-consuming to get approval - salary below market offering, no salary increase for years - may need to work long hours and over weekends when projects gone wrong

      Pros

      - You get your own seat and table - Salary can be ok when you're lucky - Big projects from government are won (due to low price, empty promises and even lower quality)

      Cons

      - Gave one star because that's the lowest rating - Everyone is nice but big culture of not telling the truth - No solid skillset - Big culture of blanking others - People pretend they are busy and important but shirk from responsibility - A lot of politics and "yes" men/women - No career progression - don't bother if you're hardworking - Hard to jump if you stay too long

      Most of the work are very easy. Can get home on time.

      Cons

      Not much to learn. Not much prospect (salary and title). People are lazy here.
