Overall, it is such a bad experience! First round with recuriter, followed by second round with hiring manager. I felt so sad that they ghosted candidates. I deem it is courtesy to inform candidates of the results, regardless of decisions. Anyway, later on, I figured out that they changed role requirement completely. The hiring process is not mature at all, with hiring team not knowing what they really want.

Got a WA message then a phone call for initial interview. the questions easy to average. And basic questions and more conversational. Aimed to know the candidate and and what are strengths. After initial then the manager incharge, ask for job related skills and situational questions .
