      Pros

      Multicultural environment. The environment is free in general. Very competitive salary compare to other customer service positions. Friendly colleagues. Attractive employee discounts.

      Cons

      A lack of trainings and coaching. You are told that you are good but you never know how good you are. No solid action plans about what you can do to perform better. A lack of support on systems as well. Consultants have to navigate from systems to systems just to log one case - system errors occur very often.

      The benefit package is better than average.

      Cons

      After several Burberry retail stores in Hong Kong closed, Burberry CEO concluded that closing poorly performed Customer Service Department in Hong Kong within a year. The management team tends to do personal attack with entourage and have specific staff to take initiative and personalise corporate regulatory operations. This is the main cause that so many foreign staffs left in short term.

      Company has an awareness why business is declining and is trying to clean up itself from past inefficiency. Company is working on better work life balance.

      Cons

      too many upper management from past structure, the new hire are still adapting to this new environment, not helpful. Work daily with ambiguity, too many inefficient meetings that can help move the company forward. Minimum work life balance.
